Fob Replacement:
Owners can reach out to Mike Thrower– pool@callonwood.com to request replacement fobs. Households are permitted two fobs and replacement fobs are $30 each. The replacement fee will be placed on the owner’s account which can be paid via the community website (log in to the portal). Failure to pay can result in the new fobs being deactivated. The lost fob will be deactivated once the replacement fob has been mailed. NOTE: Renters must go through their rental company for fobs. We can only give fobs out to owners of the property.
Reminders: There is a limit of five guests a day @ $2 a guest. Please do not let anyone but your personal guests in the pool on your fob. This can result in removal of pool privileges. Someone waiting at the gate is often a clue they do not have an active fob. And if someone has a fob in their hand, you have no way of knowing if it is active. Everyone should access the pool by their own fob for safety, accountability and data collection for the required number of guards.
