Please know the HOA Board has been actively working behind the scenes to advocate for residents, push for better communication, and minimize disruption to both HOA common areas and individual properties. Dear Callonwood Neighbor: On January 13th the email below was sent to all Callonwood residents regarding the need to remove any remaining leaves in and around your property and to trim trees that overhang sidewalks and the street. Thankfully, many residents have attended to this request. However, in multiple cases, leaves were not picked up, including those in street gutters - especially near storm drains.
