As we move through the fall season, please help keep our neighborhood beautiful and avoid violations by following these guidelines:
Leaf Pickup
- Leaf cleanup should be consistent and ongoing throughout fall.
- Excess leaves left in yards can blow into neighbors’ properties, smother grass, and create eyesores. This may result in violations if not addressed.
- Do not blow leaves into adjoining yards, streets, or common areas for the landscape company to manage.
- Do not leave leaves on the street, as they can blow around and create a mess.
- Landscape debris or bags should only be placed at the curb immediately prior to your scheduled pick-up day (every other week for most of the community).
- Staying ahead of leaf cleanup helps maintain Callonwood’s beauty for everyone.
