As we move through the fall season, please help keep our neighborhood beautiful and avoid violations by following these guidelines: Leaf Pickup Leaf cleanup should be consistent and ongoing throughout fall. Excess leaves left in yards can blow into neighbors’ properties, smother grass, and create eyesores. This may result in violations if not addressed. Fob Replacement: Owners can reach out to Mike Thrower-- pool@callonwood.com to request replacement fobs. Households are permitted two fobs and replacement fobs are $30 each. The replacement fee will be placed on the owner's account which can be paid via the community website (log in to the portal). Failure to pay can result in the new fobs being deactivated. The lost fob will be deactivated once the replacement fob has been mailed. NOTE: Renters must go through their rental company for fobs. We can only give fobs out to owners of the property.
