HOA Quarterly Public Board Meeting

UPDATE:  This meeting has been moved from the originally scheduled date of November 17 to December 1.

The board is urging our residents to attend the Open Board Meeting.  We will be providing information on several very important items.  Among them are: a potential change in management; budget changes; the status of the budget and the reserve fund; a significant increase in dues; and an update on elections.

The Homeowners Association BOD meets on the third Thursday of each quarter at 7pm in the Callonwood Clubhouse, subject to change.

All residents are urged to attend. Residents who have a concern and wish to speak at the meeting must be placed on the agenda by contacting Cedar Management.
