As announced in January’s open HOA meeting, Callonwood HOA management will move from Cedar Management to FirstService Residential, the same company managing our Townhomes.

FirstService Residential is pleased to have been selected as the new management agent for Callonwood Homeowner’s Association, Inc effective April 1, 2023.

Please keep a look out in your mailbox for your welcome letter, April 2023 statement, and login information. Starting April 1, owners will be able to click the HOA MANAGEMENT icon to easily access the portal to view statements, make payments, submit architectural requests, and review HOA documents.

  • Connect Resident Portal 

As part of our service to you, FirstService Residential offers a web-based suite of tools called FirstService Residential Connect.  Access will be provided through a secure portal which will enable you to review account information, make online payments, download forms and documents, contact the Management Team and submit work order requests. Please visit https://CallonwoodHOA.connectresident.com to get started. We also encourage you to download the mobile app by searching “Connect Resident” in your Apple or Google App Store. Please note that due to the nature of the transition, your displayed account balance will not yet include your balance from prior management.

  • Community Management Team and Customer Care Center

The FirstService Residential Management Team is working with prior management and the Board to ensure a smooth management transition. Included in that team is our in-house Customer Care Center, where associates are available to assist with your questions or concerns, account balance inquiries, and work order requests. You may contact the Customer Care Center directly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-855-5-4MYHOA or 1-800-870-0010.  Should there be a common area emergency related to fire, flood or safety please contact the Customer Care Center after notifying 911.

  • Maintenance Fee Payment Information

Your payment statement has been mailed to you and should arrive in the coming days. While you wait, below is the information you will need to make your regular association payments. We highly encourage everyone to sign up for the Resident Portal and set up for auto-payment.

Pay by Credit Card or E-Check 

Once registered on the Resident Portal, click on “Make Payment” to access the online payment options, facilitated through our partner ClickPay. Here you can make payments by e-check from a bank (ACH) account with no fee or by credit/debit card for an additional fee.

Pay by Check, Money Order or Online Bill Pay

   -Checks or money orders must be made payable to Callonwood Homeowner’s Association, Inc. and mailed to the address below accompanied by your statement stub. If you would like to submit your payment by mail today before receiving the statement, please write your new Resident Account Number on the check to ensure expedited processing. If you are not sure of your new account number, please call our Customer Care Center.

  -Online Bill Pay: If you prefer to utilize a personal online bill pay service through your bank to pay your assessments, you will need to update your recurring payment information to include the new mailing address (below) as well as your new Resident Account Number.
