Ripple Fiber (formerly “Openfiber”) has provided an updated status for our neighborhood:

Exciting News as Ripple Fiber will be starting and completing construction in the remaining/final phase of the Callonwood neighborhood. This would be the area off the entrance of Chestnut Lane. Ripple Fiber will begin this mainline construction starting Monday June 3rd and will take approximately 2- 3 weeks. The GO LIVE date for Callonwood and your neighboring communities Chestnut Oaks and Brookhaven are projected for activating services in the early 3rd quarter starting within July and August. The backhaul fiber network feed to these communities are in progress and we will be scheduling appointments just as soon as the backhaul connects to each community. Ripple Fiber will contact each preorder homeowner in the order in which the preorder was placed to schedule the appointment for service activation at the time the home is tested and LIVE.

1-If any homeowner has construction issues that need addressing, please visit ripplefiber.com/contact and enter your information for resolution.

2-If any homeowner has not placed a preorder for service, you can still do so without incurring the $200 installation charge. With this pre-order the homeowner, and any future homeowner, will never incur an installation charge for service. Ripple Fiber will contact you to schedule your service activation appointment once the community is LIVE. (Ripple Fiber customers have no contracts nor cancellation fees and no hidden pricing). The 1 gig service is all inclusive for $85 a month. The 1/4 gig service for $55 a month is all inclusive as well. (There are also no equipment charges).
